General Terms And Conditions

  • Kms and time will be calculated from boarding point to drop off point.
  • In case toll, other state tax, parking etc have not been included in the rates, they have to be paid directly by customer.
  • In case toll, other state tax, parking etc have been included in the rates, no receipts of the same will be provided to customer.
  • Roadicabs reserves the right to cancel/ change the booking at any point of time.
  • In case of local/ outstation bookings, Rs.100 per hour will be charged as waiting charges beyond 30 mins of reporting time.
  • In case of airport/ railway station transfers or one way bookings, Rs.150 per hour will be charged as waiting charges beyond 30 mins of reporting time, even in case of delay in flights or trains.
  • Vehicle details can be changed/ updated at any point of time before boarding the vehicle.
  • In case of outstation booking 250 kms per day minimum average will be taken from 00 to 24 hours. However margin of 2 hours will be provided.
  • Night charges would be applicable between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
  • On hill routes charges Rs.2 per km would be extra.
  • AC will work on hill route depending upon the type of vehicle.

Payment Policy

We do not want our customers to worry about cancellations, hence we have a liberal cancellation policy:-
  • 15% of the estimated amount has to be paid as advance. Balance has to be paid as per requirement of driver( if 100% advance has not been paid).
  • If the booking is cancelled 2 days before the scheduled departure date, the entire advance amount will be refunded.
  • If the booking is cancelled beyond the period of 2 days before the scheduled departure date, entire advance amount will be forfeited.
  • No cancellations will be entertained on special dates like Navratara, Diwali, Christmas etc.
  • Roadicabs reserves the right to cancel/ change the booking at any point of time.
  • Cancellations can be made through our website or phone.
  • Refund will be made as per our refund policy.

Refund policy

Eligible refunds will be transferred to your account by sharing your account details with your booking ID and registered phone number at our email ID support@roadicabs.com within 5-7 working days.
